Training and Orientation » ITB recognizes that effective training is key to a successful project implementation. We’ll train your staff to deploy and operate network equipment and antennas. We’ll guide you through assembly, testing and disassembly of hardware components as we introduce you to ITB’s customized solutions and show you how they apply to your specific needs. Our train-the-trainer approach helps to build a sense of ownership among stakeholders and bring them quickly up to speed. Ongoing support continues after on-site training and orientation is complete.

Technical Documentation » ITB develops multimedia user guides, help files, and FAQs to bring users quickly up to speed and encourage continual learning. In addition to technical writing, ITB staff provides standard and tailored documentation throughout the life of the project. Documentation can include design documents, implementation plans, configuration and build guidelines, operational instructions, onsite and technical training plans, orientation plans, network diagrams and basic troubleshooting procedures.
